All bundles will be shipped out by the beginning of every month! If for any reason you do not receive your bundle, please do not hesitate to contact.

Of course! Subscriptions are not limited to one bundle. If you are interested in modifying a bundle, you can contact us, and we can make one complimentary for you.

If you need to cancel, you’ll find the "Cancel my subscription" linked in my subscription's tab. You can still purchase your custom Prose products without subscribing, but you will no longer have access to the perks that come with subscribing.
